NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program

NUFP provides undergraduate students from traditionally underrepresented and historically marginalized populations with experiences to support their entry into the Student Affairs profession. This opportunity helps promote diversity within the field of student affairs by broadening the pipeline into the profession itself.

Students are invited to participate in the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ-NUFP program, which provides on-campus mentorship, professional development, an intentional curriculum geared towards graduate school in the field of student affairs, and the opportunity to earn conference scholarships.

2026 Panetta Institute Congressional InternshipÌý

The 2026 Panetta Institute Congressional Internship is now accepting applications. This distinguished program provides students with the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in public service and develop their leadership skills while working in the United States Congress. The internship includes a two-week training program at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy in Monterey Bay, California, followed by an 11-week placement in the office of a California representative in Washington, D.C.
